  • "Actually in our part of the world, having an underground beer cooler does have one good reason. The temperature from approx 1m down and below is a constant 7­°C (around 44­°F) all year round. In denmark, we actually have people who dig simple "earth-cooled beer"-holes, who make it a sport to find just the right hole-depth for the specific type of beer ;)  The above is kind of the deluxe version of this I would say. :)"
